By using the WatchGenius platform, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree with any provisions, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

WatchGenius provides:

  • Price Analytics: monitoring and analysis of watch prices
  • Trend Analysis: market trend analysis
  • AI Assistant: personal chatbot for consultations
  • Notifications: price change alerts

We are not watch sellers and do not conduct buy-sell transactions.

3. Registration and Account

  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration
  • You are responsible for the security of your account and password
  • One account is intended for use by one person
  • We reserve the right to delete accounts that violate these terms

4. Data Usage

Data on the WatchGenius platform:

  • Is provided solely for informational purposes
  • Is not a recommendation to buy or sell
  • May contain inaccuracies (though we strive for maximum accuracy)
  • Is updated regularly but may not reflect the current real-time situation

5. Prohibited Use

When using WatchGenius, IT IS FORBIDDEN to:

  • Use automated data collection (scraping) without permission
  • Upload malicious software or viruses
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system
  • Use the platform for illegal activities
  • Violate intellectual property rights
  • Create fake accounts or mislead other users

6. Intellectual Property

All materials on WatchGenius (design, content, logos, code) are protected by intellectual property laws and are the property of WatchGenius or our partners.

You can:

  • View and use information for personal purposes

You CANNOT:

  • Copy, distribute, or sell content without permission
  • Use data for commercial purposes without agreement

7. Limitation of Liability

WatchGenius is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

  • Losses or damages from using the platform
  • Inaccuracies in price data
  • Technical failures or service unavailability
  • Actions of third parties

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or site notifications. Continued use of the service after changes means acceptance of the new terms.

9. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the platform for users who violate these terms, without prior notice.

10. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. All disputes are resolved in the order provided by the current legislation of Ukraine.
