The Patek Philippe Calatrava 8-Day ref. 5328G-001 is a 41 mm white-gold complication distinguished by an unusually long power reserve and a contemporary blue dial with a black-gradient outer edge. The case is 10.52 mm thick and features a guilloché hobnail pattern around the entire caseband, while the dial combines applied white-gold numerals, luminous syringe-shaped hands, instantaneous day and date indications, small seconds and a dedicated power-reserve display.
Inside is Patek Philippe’s manually wound calibre 31-505 8J PS IRM CI J, operating at 4 Hz and providing a minimum power reserve of 192 hours, or eight days. Twin barrels support the extended running time, while the movement also incorporates instantaneous calendar indications and is visible through the sapphire crystal caseback.
Introduced in 2025, reference 5328G-001 represents a more technical interpretation of the Calatrava concept. Its combination of traditional white-gold case finishing, an eight-day manual-wind movement and a modern gradient dial gives the watch a distinctive position between classical Patek Philippe dress watches and the manufacture’s more complex calendar references.
